At the beginning of the company’s establishment, we place R&D as the very important position. Besides absorbing the international advanced technologies, we penetrate with R&D by ourselves and make the innovation by ourselves. We usually send our engineers to be in spot and invite outside excellent engineers to conduct the training for us, which make the trend and result of the R&D achieve the advanced level. Our engineers have rich experience in design and jobsite. There are three R&D labs of mechanical, hydraulic, and electricity. During the R&D, the engineers adopt the Three-Dimensional software to realize the space dynamic simulation and numerical calculation, which effectively enhance the efficiency of design and reliability of products.

The project manager is fully responsible for the whole course including management, control, tracing the drawings designs, procurement, manufacturing process, procedures setup, quality inspection, delivery and after-sale service, etc
